📄️List deliveries (keyset-paginated)

Returns one page of the owner's non-deleted delivery runs in the uniform list envelope `{ data, pagination }`, newest first. Keep paginating while `pagination.nextCursor` is non-null — even when `data` is empty — passing it back verbatim as `?cursor=`. Filter by `?status=` and/or `?platform=` (combinable); add `?expand=items` to join each run's per-asset items.

📄️Get a single delivery by id

Returns the single non-deleted delivery run with the given stable Mocart delivery-run document id. Add `?expand=items` to join its per-asset items.
